    Hi All,

    I’m looking to max out my Push-ups for my application for OCS/ SEAL application and looking to see if anyone has some good references / tips.

    Currently at 74, shooting for 100. Doing sets of 4 x 20 before and after sleeping, and hitting the bench press once a week, and putting in a pushup set into my workouts ~3 times a week.

    Other non-SEALFIT PST scores:

    8:13 Swim
    74 Push-ups
    105 Sit-ups
    20 Pull-ups
    9:13 1.5 mile run.

    Do weighted push ups. Use a weight vest or band across your shoulders and under your hands for resistance. This will help build more strength. Of course vary your hand formation to switch up that muscle pattern of your standard push up with diamond, wide, staggered hands, etc.
