I’m currently serving as a Corpsman in the Navy and am looking to go Special Amphibious Recon Corpsman (SARC). I was instructed by my mentor who is a SARC to be training 3 times a day: Morning, Lunch, and Afternoon. Is there any advice on how to affectively put together a training regiment that could accomplish this without overtraining? Thank you for your time and Hooyah!!
Start following the OPWOD on SEALFIT and break the programming up over the course of the day. Furthermore, proper sleep/rest and nutrition are of utmost importance when working out at that level.
