Is the program meant to be 5 days per week, M-F?
Depends on your goals i suppose. Which track are you following?
I’m doing the OPWOD — seems like there’s an active rest day built in on Wednesdays.
What are your thoughts?
First week workout and I feel like I go hit by a train.. I’m a business man and thought I was in good shape.. wowzers!!
Did you ever receive a response about this? I have the same question. Wednesday seems like an active rest, however I am still looking for an additional workout for Saturday.
