I am looking to start 8 Weeks to Sealfit Onramp as soon as I recover from my bout with Strep. What I don’t understand (maybe I missed it?) is how to conduct the workout. I’ll be alone so there will not be a buddy or team. Again I am starting from a rock-bottom point.
My question is, in a session consisting of “Baseline” “Strength” “Work Capacity” and “Durability” if conducted in one sitting, how long a rest is optimal between each period? 30 seconds? 5 minutes? As much as needed?
