Hello SealFit athletes,
Since I now had a longer training break and I wanted to switch back to OPWOD training, I wanted to ask you whether I should do the ONRAMP training or the basic training program from the book “Sealfit in 8 weeks”. Additionally i would like to ask you which Training program (OPWOD, SOFWOD,….) you could recommend me to keep the training time under one hour, because now I have a lot to do for school.
It would be great if you could give me some tips!
