Im a BUD/S hopeful currently working towards earning a contract, being able to crush the PST, and preparing myself to be the best candidate that I am capable of being. Currently folling the OPWODS and trying to add in run and swim specific work. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to intelligently do so. I remember reading an article in Crossfit Journal, and I believe that it is linked in the resources here on Sealfit, that provided a possible outline for combining BUD/S specific training with Crossfit. I believe it is the pre-sof article number 5. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
